DETAIL & CONTOUR (FEATURE & LEVEL) SURVEYS
Renovations and new builds require Detail and Contour Surveys. Our surveys are tailored to suit each project, assisting architects, building designers and engineers in the design phase of the journey. These surveys include the lay of the land, necessary features (buildings, trees, overlooking windows, street furniture etc) and underground/overhead services on and surrounding the subject site.
INTERNAL LAYOUT SURVEYS
Internal Layout Surveys are a representation of each room inside the house/building. This survey can show dimensioned rooms with existing cabinetry, robes, toilets, showers, sinks etc. Internal Layout Surveys sit hand in hand with Detail and Contour Surveys, assisting building designers in the design phase of your new makeover.
BUILDING SET OUTS
Specializing in residential and commercial builds, a building set out is a crucial point in any project as this is the first step in the build getting off the ground. Whether it is external faces of a wall, grid lines or penetration points for a structure, electrical and plumbing, our skills and technology ensure the job is done correctly the first time.
AS-BUILT SURVEYS
An As-Built, or As-Constructed, survey is documentation showing exactly how a project was installed. This may be underground pipelines, displaying the elevations and fall of pipes, the location of building/walls/road/footpaths/etc. As-Built surveys are of great benefit to designers and engineers in planning the next stage of the project, checking contractors claims and for keeping record of newly constructed works for future reference.
