About Us

Our family-owned and operated business began back in 1996. Founder and director Rob Nobelius had been working as a licensed surveyor predominately in the public sector for over 20 years, and decided it was time to put his extensive knowledge and experience to good use and go out on his own.

After starting with just himself and his wife Chris part-time, the company has grown to the point where we are now the largest single office cadastral survey firm in Victoria. Over the 20 plus years we have been operating, 14 family members have worked at the company, with 12 currently employed, including Rob’s son Ben, our managing director.

We’re always striving to become better at what we do and are constantly on the lookout for new innovations and technologies that can improve our services and add value to our client’s projects. We encourage and facilitate ongoing further education and skills training for our team, to enable us to deliver the highest quality service.

With offices based in Pakenham and Warragul in Victoria, we are well placed to service the Metro Melbourne area.  However we also cover regional Victoria, out as far as Geelong, Gippsland and the Bass Coast. Our broad range of clients include first-time property developers looking to cut off their backyard, to experienced developers seeking an end-to-end land development service for 1000+ lots. We also help landowners who wish to subdivide a rural property or farm, and home owners needing boundaries reconfirmed for a new build or a neighbourhood dispute. So, if your project requires a Licensed Surveyor, we’d love to work with you.

If you’d like to find out how we can help you with subdividing your land, mapping your property, neighbouring dispute resolution or building your dream home, contact our team on 1300 NOBELIUS
